The paper by Yves Grandvalet et al "Semisupervised margin boost" as found on http://www-2.cs.cmu.edu/Groups/NIPS/NIPS2001/nips-program.html seems to deal with unlabeled data. Maybe you ask them for their not yet published paper or for further references.
