We have recently confirmed that suspicious emails (spoofed emails) impersonating our officers and employees have been sent to others.

These spoofed emails display the names and email addresses of our officers and employees in the sender field, body, and signature, but the actual reply destination is an external email address unrelated to our organization.

These emails were not sent by our officers or employees, and the sending servers are also unrelated to our organization.

If you receive such emails, please take the following actions:

• Never click URLs or links in the email.
• Do not open the attached file.
• Delete the email itself.
• Even if the subject line and body are concise and encourage a reply, do not reply.
• Even if you accidentally click a link in a suspicious email, absolutely do not enter any personal information.
