現在、電気事業は、廃止措置・解体撤去で発生したクリアランスレベル以下の解体廃棄物を出来るだけ有効利用を図ることを想定している。
本研究では、クリアランスレベル以下の解体廃棄物の地域活性化を考慮した再利用システムを検討するための計画支援ツールを開発することを目的として実施した。
その結果、ユーザーが評価対照とする地域の産業構造に関する情報（中間処理能力、再生品単価等）を入力し、評価対象地域の産業廃棄物の流通・経済状況の特徴（企業間連携状況、物量状況、損益状況）を把握することができると共に、評価対象地域の流通・経済状況の把握を踏まえた上で、ユーザーが机上で新規事業の導入等の効果を容易に評価できるシミュレーション手法を開発した。

概要 （英文）

The electric power companies intend to utilize dismantling wastes with radiation under the clearance level generated by dismantling removal as possible as they can.
We study for the purpose of developing a plan support tool to examine the recycle system considering local activation of dismantling waste less than clearance level.
At a result a user developed the simulation technique that could evaluate effects such as the introduction of the new business easily on the desk after we input information (intermediate processing capacity, and reproduction product unit price) about the local industry structure that a user assumed evaluation contrast and could grasp the characteristic (the cooperation situation between companies and the amount of resources situation and the profit and loss situation) of the economic conditions of the industrial waste of the evaluation area and having stood on the grasp of the economic conditions of the evaluation area.
