近年の需要家機器の電子化の進展，電力品質ニーズの増大等により，需要家の瞬時電圧低下が大きな課題となっている。本報告では，各種瞬低対策機器のEMTPモデルを開発し，需要家における各対策実施時の需要家受電電圧解析のためのシステムを開発した。１．下記が容易に設定可能とするため，GUIのシステム(プロトタイプ)を開発した。 １）電圧低下ならびに需要家から系統への短絡電流の設定に応じて系統側のインピーダンスを自動設定する機能を付加した。 ２）需要家構内の負荷機器，自家発ならびに瞬低対策機器は実機値を入力できるようにした。２．瞬時電圧低下解析システムの活用 １）無対策時の電圧・電流面からみた課題を明らかにすることができる。 ２）一般的な瞬低対策機器の効果を定量的に評価できる。

概要 （英文）

The voltage dip is a problem according to the progress of making of the customer equipment in recent years an electron and the increase of the electric power quality needs. In this report, EMTP models of various dip measures equipment are developed, and the system is able to voltage analysis for the customer which introduces each dip measures equipment.1. Development of GUI system(trial product) for the followings 1)The function to set impedance on the system side automatically has been added according to setting the voltage dip and the short-circuit current from the customer to the system. 2)The real machine values can be inputted to the load equipment, the synchoronous generator of customer, and the voltage dip measures equipment in the customer premises.2. Use of the analytical system for voltage dip measurement 1)The problem seen from the voltage and the current side of no measures can be clarified. 2)The effect of general voltage dip measures equipments can be quantitatively evaluated.
