Project

Development of a highly efficient heat pump water heater After being told in a university laboratory that the future of Japanese energy rests on his shoulders, he started developing a highly efficient heat pump water heater with the desire to contribute to the promotion of energy conservation. He succeeded in developing and commercializing a household heat pump water heater called "EcoCute," which uses CO2, a natural refrigerant that has a small impact on global warming.
