Project
Controlling the "fight against frost” While enrolled at Tokyo University, she entered CRIEPI after conducting collaborative research with the institute. She is engaged in research on frost formation on outdoor units, which has been a long-standing issue and succeeded in the technical development of a frost-free heat pump air conditioning system. Subsequently, she has also focused on adsorbents and air conditioners that can operate from cooling and heating to dehumidifying, as well as defrosting refrigerators and display cases.
