近年、電気事業に対してコストダウンを求める社会的要請が強まる中、電力流通設備の管理部門では従来にも増して合理的な保守・管理戦略策定が志向されている。そこでは設備の信頼性維持を前提としながらも、コストダウン実現が重要な命題であるため、選択可能な戦略の評価項目として経済性が重要視されてくる。企業等の活動に対してトータルで経済性を評価する手法にアセットマネジメントがある。近年、金融工学の分野で発展してきたこの技術を公共施設や設備産業に適用する試みがなされており、ヨーロッパを中心に電力流通設備の分野でも導入する動きが活発化している。本報告書では電力流通設備管理分野でのアセットマネジメント適用研究動向を調査、整理すると共に、現状の問題点と今後の研究の方向性を明らかにする。

概要 （英文）

In late years, there is a social request for electric power companies to reduce their cost, and in a management section of electric power transmission and distribution facilities rational maintenance / management strategy is intended increasing in before. By maintaining reliable maintenance of facilities, on the other hand, it is important to realize cost reduction in the strategy, therefore economical evaluation of a selectable strategy is indispensable. There is the asset management technique to evaluate economy by total for activity of a company. The technique is developed in a field of finance engineering, and in late years there is a trial to apply to public accommodation and facilities industry, and movement to introduce even a field of electric power transmission and distribution facilities into around Europe. This report shows an asset management application study trend in electricity facilities management field and clarify the present problems and directionality of a future study.
