DTM技術は単一プラットフォームでサービス統合通信網を構築するための有力なソリューションを提供する。このため、DTMによる電力用のサービス統合型通信網について検討した。１．通信サービスの統合化 サービス統合化のために検討されているバックボーン技術の現状を調査した。リアルタイム性、QoS制御、拡張性などの面から、DTMが電力通信用として最も有望であるとを示した。２．DTMの標準化 データ・リンク管理システム及びDTM通信網におけるイーサネット・トラヒックの収容法を明らかにした。３．電力用DTM統合通信網（DTM-EPCN）の基本設計(1)DTM-EPCNをDTMの記述法に従って表現した。(2)全てのノードは標準化されたDTMノードで構成する。(3)電気所LANとしてはCIGRE SC-D2で検討されているIEDを基本とした標準モデルを採用する。

概要 （英文）

DTM(Dynamic synchronous Transfer Mode) technologies will give remarkable network solutions to the integrated services communication network based on a single transport platform. The standardizations of DTM have been studied at ETSI. They have already published standardization documents on「DTM; Part 1: System description」「DTM；Part 7：Ethernet over DTM Mapping」 and 「DTM；Part 2：System characteristics；Sub-part 1：Data link aspects 」. As a result, a fundamental design of DTM networks can be investigated. 1. Integration of services We have surveyed state of the art backbone networks for services integration based on such as SDH, IP, RPR and DTM transport technologies.2. Standardization of DTM(1)Topology management and resource management of a data link management system are described based on ETSI standization documents.(2)The configuration of VLAN using a DLE（DTM LAN Emulation）service are shown.3. A fundamental design of a DTM-EPCN（DTM-based Integrated Services Communication Network for Electric Power Utilities）(1)We have described a DTM-EPCN by following DTM system descriptions.(2)All nodes are configured as standardized DTM nodes.(3)As substation LANs, standardized models expected to be recommended by CIGRE SC-D2 are assumed. No changes in Office Ethernet LANs are needed on the other.
