床暖房機器の立ち上がり特性や省エネルギー性を詳細に検討するためには，床暖房パネルの熱特性が重要となる。近年，温度上昇とともに電気抵抗値が大きくなって消費電力が抑えられる発熱体を用いたPTC床暖房パネルが開発されている。このパネルは，予め複数レベルに設定された通電率を利用者が変更することで制御される。しかし，PTC床暖房パネルの数値モデルがなく，通電率は経験則に基づき設定されることが多い。
本報告では，実測値に基づきPTC床暖房パネルの正温度特性を推定し，正温度特性を組み込んだPTC床暖房パネルの数値モデルを開発した。さらに，開発したモデルを用いて通電率の設定手法を提案した。

概要 （英文）

In order to consider rate of rise or energy saving of floor heating panel, thermal property of floor heating panel is critical problem. Recently, PTC floor heating panel is developed, which suppress power consumption by rising of resistance value increasing with temperature. The panel is controlled by user's choice of duty ratios that are preliminarily setup. However, duty ratios are setup based on experimental rule in many cases because there is no numerical model of PTC floor heating panel.
This paper discusses development in numerical model for PTC floor heating panel including positive temperature coefficient that is extrapolated using a parameter identification of a one-dimensional heat conduction problem. Furthermore this paper discusses proposal of setup method of duty ratio for PTC floor heating panel, using developed numerical model.
