今後の流通設備の高経年化進展と再生可能エネルギーの大量導入などに対して，効果的な流通設備投資を実現するには，現在，個別に立案されている保守・更新計画と系統改良計画を全体として調和の取れたものとしていくことが重要となる。本報告書では，二十年程度の考察期間に対して，系統大で保守・更新計画を調整するプログラムの開発を行った。本プログラムでは，事前に別途検討された系統改良計画および設備個々の保守・更新実施計画（初期計画）等を入力とする。与えられた計画をもとに，対象設備全体から見て供給支障リスクや年間の費用などの制約を満たすように保守・更新の計画を調整するため，系統改良計画とも整合の取れた計画を得ることが可能となる。計画の調整においては，保守・更新の初期計画を重視し，それからの変更を必要最小限に抑えることを評価関数としている。

概要 （英文）

To achieve effective equipment investment under the conditions of the aging of transmission equipment and large penetration of renewable energy, coordination of system upgrade plans and maintenance/replace plans becomes important. In this report, an adjustment program of maintenance/replacement plans considering system upgrade plans is developed. In the program, system upgrade plans which are decided beforehand and initial maintenance/replacement plans which are developed based on conditions of individual equipment are assumed to be given. Based on these plans, maintenance/replacement plans are adjusted to meet constraints of outage risk, annual cost and the annual numbers of maintenances/replacements. Thus, the maintenance/replacement plans which are consistent with system upgrade plans can be obtained. In adjustment of plans, difference from given initial plans is minimized to make the adjusted plans as close as possible to the initial plans.
