電力系統運用を高度化するため、系統監視制御システムにおけるアプリケーションでは様々な情報を交換している。近年、電力系統の急速な規模の拡大により情報量は増大し、系統運用アプリケーションにとって、情報フロー管理を容易にすることが必要になっている。この報告書は、情報フローを管理することに関し、アプリケーションの手続きを省力化するためエージェントを利用したデータ集配信の概念について述べており、また、電力系統アプリケーションで必要とするエージェント基盤（エージェントが相互作用するための動作基盤を提供する）の機能について述べている。

概要 （英文）

In order to develope the power system operation to a high degree, applications of supervisory and control systems exchange all kinds of information for power systems. Recently an amount of information increased with rapid growth of power systems, and it is neccessary for applications to facilitate the management of information flow. This report describes a concept of a data acquision and distribution using agents for the purpose of reducing a procedure of applications to manage information flow, and functions of an agent platform, providing an infrastructure in which agents can interact each other, desired for power system applications
