雷に対する接地抵抗は絶縁設計上重要な要因である。一方定常抵抗は接触した場合や機器に対してより大きな影響をもつ。これは、変電所に低い抵抗値を要求する。 本報告は、後者の接地抵抗あるいは大地電位を求める支援システムについて述べるものである。求められるものは、下記のものである。(1) 接地棒を多数連接した場合(2) メッシュ接地(3) 建物の接地抵抗(4) 埋設地線(5) 送電鉄塔の接地抵抗(6) メッシュと接地棒を組み合わせた場合(7) 大地電位上昇

The grounding resistance for Lightning is very important for insulation design.However,The grounding resistance at low frequency is more important for tuching a grounding wire or devices.So low resistance is required for substations.This report describes a support system for calculating the value to grounding resistance or earth potential at low frequency. The caluculation includeds the following. (1) number of grouding rods (2) mesh grounding (3) building earth resistance (4) buried bare wire (5) tower resistance (6) binding to mesh and number of grouding rods (7) earth potential
