需要地系統では、柔軟な設備運用を行うためにループ状の系統を構成し系統内の潮流および無効電力の積極的な制御が求められている。そこで、ループ系統を構成し潮流および無効電力を積極的に制御するループコントローラの制御方式を提案し、その効果を示した。そして、小型試作ループコントローラにより基本制御機能を確認した。

概要 （英文）

In the near future many distributed power generation systems will be connected to the power distribution network. The reverse power flow introduced by these distributed generation systems will increase the unbalance in the distribution feeder power flow, exacerbating the problem of distribution line voltage regulation. Therefore, demand side power systems will require flexibility in power flow control and voltage regulation. We propose a distribution loop control system that controls power flow and reactive power injection at the loop point. A comparison of this loop distribution network using loop control with the radial distribution network using line-drop compensation is presented in this paper, as well the basic control characteristics of the small test loop power controller we shown.
