電力施設を長期的かつ有効に運用していくために，地下水の水質変化などによって引き起こされた環境への影響評価に関する技術的課題の解明が期待されている。技術的課題に対応するためには，地表から深度数10mの範囲の表層域の地質的要因と浸透経路を考慮した調査手法の検討が重要である。ここでは，山地地域での渓流水の電気伝導度測定と坑道内に湧出する地下水の化学的な水質分析をもとに，地下水水質の変動に関する検討を行った。そして，地下水水質の変化が周辺環境及ぼす程度は，長期的な点からみると次第に小さくなることを示した。

概要 （英文）

In order to maintain the coal ash disposal site effectively in the long period, the geohydrological examination about the undergroudwater are expected to resolve the environmental influence evaluation around the electrical facilities. The examination of the investigation technique in consideration of the geological factor and the permeation route in the surface layer (several 10 m in the depth) is important to answer to these technical subjects. In this paper, the electric conductivity measurement of the stream water in the mountainous area and the chemical water analysis of the undergroundwater that seep inside the tunnel were done to reveal the water quality change. Then, it was shown that the impact to the environment around the electrical facilities exerted by the water quality change became small gradually.
