高調波電流限度値を規定しているJISは，国際整合化の点からIEC規格を基本としている。最近，高調波評価方法のIEC規格が改正されたため JISも改正すべきとの要求がある。本報告は，JISへの導入前に改正内容とその影響を調査したものである。その結果，主なものは以下の通りであった。（１）中間高調波も含めて評価することになったため測定値が大きくなる。特に近隣の中間高調波が含まれている場合には改正前後で大きな差が出る。（２）時定数1.5秒の平滑化後の平均値に限度値を適用し，瞬時値は限度値の150%まで許容されることになったため，短時間だけ限度値を超過する機器には条件緩和となった。（３）高次高調波電流は全体的に低い値であれば単独次数は限度値の150%まで許容されることになったため，単一次数だけ限度値を超過する機器には緩和となった。

概要 （英文）

The Japanese industrial standard for harmonic current limits caused by household appliances is based on the related IEC standards. Because the method of estimating harmonic current in the IEC standards was amended recently, it has become necessary to amend the standard in Japan to adjust to the IEC standard. It is important to clarify the impacts on harmonic current limits of changing the harmonics estimation method before amending the Japanese standards.This report explains the differences in the IEC standards before and after the amendment and shows the impacts of the amendment on harmonic current limits.The main differences in the new standard and their impacts are as follows.(1) A harmonic current is estimated as a harmonic group, which includes the related interharmonics. Since the number of cycles in the time window for measurement is different in the 50Hz system and in the 60Hz system, the same appliance has different estimation values.(2) Harmonic currents are estimated using the average values during the observation periods. Thus, appliances can flow much higher levels of harmonic current for a short period than before the amendment. This means relaxation of the limits for appliances with fluctuating current.(3)High-order harmonic currents are estimated by a partial odd harmonic factor. This also means relaxation of the limits.
